Request and confirmation
Submitting the form sends a request to Iraq Transfer. It does not create a confirmed booking. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, the vehicle, pickup details, and the final fare.
Fares
Car allocation rates for 6 or 12 hours appear when a vehicle price has been published. Airport transfer fares are provided after the trip is reviewed. Any fare shown or quoted should be confirmed with our team before you rely on it for travel.
Vehicle suitability
Tell us the correct number of passengers and suitcases, and any special requirements, when you submit your request. We will review whether the selected vehicle is suitable before confirming it.
Changes and cancellations
If your plans change, contact our team as soon as possible and include your request reference. Any terms that apply to a confirmed ride should be agreed with the team during confirmation; this website does not set a fixed cancellation fee or window.
Payment
No payment is taken through this website. Payment details, if applicable, are arranged with our team when the ride is confirmed.
